While the answer was staring me right in the face for a while, I have finally created an ebook on a topic which I am an actual expert in, that is targeting a large and completely unsaturated market and will be perfect to sling on Facebook.

I have created a sales page, optimizepress FTW, and know that if one tries to link a sales page to say, Google adwords, one will be hit with a ban.

I am wondering if Facebook minds linking to ebook sales pages? Keeping in mind that I will be using a real website as it is my product, not an affiliate link in any way. i have never used it before and might as well keep that fact intact until I know if they will fuck me for it or not.

Yes facebook allows direct sales link, even affiliate links directly from your ads. you can also use adsense but not use any sales words, just get the traffic and try to convert them

You can link your website to facebook by creating a fan page for you to post pictures, shout out or everything you want. It allows also to promote an ads for a cheap price.

Many ways to promote you product on Facebook. You can make your fan page and link to your main site or purchase advertisement of Facebook or sharing your site's link directly to the community.
