I don't usually agree with this sort of enforcement, but in this case I couldn't care less. If it was down to me I would have anyone deliberately exposing their underwear like that shot in the arse with an air rifle on sight and in public.

Its like that law in california now california penal code 422 where if you threaten bodily harm over a electronic device you can face 1 or more years in prison.

its not about if people agree with the fashion or not. its your freedom to choose that sense of fashion if you want. i dont like gothic type fashion but people should have the freedom to dress up however they feel
