Happy Holidays! Since yesterday was Christmas, you should expect your initial report (which outlines the types of links we provide and gives a brief description on them) to be uploaded sometime today. Usually we have about a 2-5 day turnaround on the first batch of tier 1 links, so you can expect those by the end of the week sometime.

under tab "projects" it reads "no projects to view"

PM'd, thank you for bringing this to my attention.

IMPORTANT:

In the process of taking a look at James' order, I realized that we had overlooked a small feature in the new admin backend that allowed "client access" to be toggled on and off. Unless I had manually changed this when creating the project, it remained off as defined by the default settings. Meaning that many orders had reports delivered/projects completed and the clients were completely unable to see their reports! Stupid of me to not notice, sorry guys!

This has been fixed. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Everyone should be good to go now, and now that this issue has been fixed I am uploading a big batch of reports so check your logins.

Also - in the client panel the "My Services>My Orders" tab has caused some confusion, because it says "$0.00" next to the "Pre-Made Packages" listing. If you click on the package, then add ons, you see the real price reflected. I'll be moving this information to the "My Orders" page to make it less confusing for everyone.

Got all the reports that I had gotten back sent out. Will have a bunch more in the morning to deliver as well!

New orders have been set up as well!
 
Remember our discount is only good through the new year, then everything goes back to regular pricing! :)
 
what's up with the order form? Trying to order and it is always just showing $0.00 as the total. awesome if it were free, but i'm sure that ain't the case ;)

won't let me proceed to pay at paypal.

You have to click the checkbox on the left hand side of the order form to select which package you are ordering :)
