Well.. as usual, last night I was trying to watch some boring TV shows to fall asleep, and while flipping through the channels, right before the Military Channel (NOT a boring channel at all!) who do I see on an episode of FLIP THIS HOUSE? Our very own Laura Alter! She truly is the resident MILF here. So there she was, with her kids, doing demo work on this house they purchased for a little over $150k, spending a little over $50k in rennovations.

What I thought was the most amusing part of the episode was the real estate broker who came in to inspect the house after they turned it from a shit hole into a really great looking pad. This broker was like 4 feet tall, and it seemed as though one of his hands wasn't working? WTF? Not only was he as tall my 6 year old half brother, but he had a dead arm, but a REAL one.

Laura is always WAY tall, even though she comes off as short in her pics/avatar here. But she's tall in a good way. Because she's really sweet and nice, and at conferences she becomes like a den mother for the WF crew. So you usually have 10 or 20 guys, and then Laura in charge of them all, making sure they are okay, asking us if we've eaten yet, or if we need any help. Her husband is one lucky man, and he better know it!

Laura will be signing autographs at AD:TECH NY at booth 666c (third floor). So be sure to swing by there at 11am for her appearence.

Where's the link to the episode? Come on I want to see the midget with the gimpy arm! (what is it with midgets today?)

The booth really is 666? That's fantastic!

Oh... Lord... That episode will never go away. Hahaha. I swear they have played it 100 times by now!

That's so funny about the broker - y'know, I don't remember anything about him except that he was short and reeeaaaallly not that smart. He wasn't anyone we did business with, but our real broker couldn't be there at the last minute. The whole experience was good and the crew that did our episode was awesome. Flipping, on the other hand, is not always peachy. :)

Laura (who closed on another completed house last Friday :D)

PS. Thanks for the sweet words, Jon. :)
