Yup I use either a baby Fish or a t-rex combined with bookmarks bombs as start for most new sites.

Yeah I done it I just make sure to deliver it a bit longer then usual. The normal TAT is 3 weeks now, I have done it on fresh site but spread it over 6ish weeks instead.
