I bought a template of some kid for 25 dollars. I made it clear to him that I have 100% legal ownership to psd and code once I've paid him. I then went to sell it and he said I don't have resell rights. Are resell rights not included for 100% unique ownership of the code?

He also said the code was 100% unique but check out BerletteFX

well it seems pretty obvious that you're in the right here, but you have to do something to convice him? blackmail perhaps? fuck with him a bit.
 
He's only a kid... legal shit will most likely make him give back your money.

who cares about legal shit? so what if you get sued, I don't know how many times that used to happen to me with fax spam in the late 90's. wtf did I care I just paid the 5k and moved on cause I was making so much from people who did not know they could sue me. Hell it got to the point were the court clerk and I were on a first name basis!

Either way I'm gonna ring his mum, demand a refund then tell her she's not worth the money.
