legality of farticle landers?

hey all, quick question.

I don't really do ppc but had a question about all the farticles I see as I was thinking about trying.

Are these pages still allowed under the new FTC laws in any shape with advertorial on top and disclosures at bottom or are they just so fake now that they are illegal?

Any info would be great.

I can't speak on the legality of farticles, but the only difference between today's farticles, and the ones I was seeing a year ago, is an increase in fine print.
