interesting article.. definitely some good check points to consider when making a lander. I think if you cover all those points effectively it'll be hard for the potential buyer to poke holes in your argument or make excuses not to buy.

After going through the article, one thing that clicks to our mind is selling more is really a task that needs a lot of hard work..I am in the field of marketing since years and really believe that selling is an art. If you know the rules, you can win the game...

bk, the point of posting it is that many people walk around in this business having no clue at all about even the basics of sales, and are instead pouring their time, money and effort into structural stuff and software, then wondering why "nothing works." Just trying to balance out the equation with some insight into the other side of the process.
