The reason you're only seeing the legit products coming up now is because they just couldn't compete with the scammers.
Now all of the scams are out of the big traffic sources they basically have 0 competition and profit in big $$$.
I've seen a few legit advertisers pop up on networks lately and there's going to be more.

No. It clearly isn't banned across the board. For legitimate branded products by companies with an existing relationship with the advertiser who spend big bucks on advertising, it is clear that it's allowed.
You wouldn't see them denying continuity companies like netflix, and Force Factor is clearly no different. Just because they are in the same space as the fly-by-night scammy male diet rebill offers doesn't mean that they play by the same rules.
