I'm trying to integrate eBay RSS feeds into a site and having problems as there doesn't seem to be a way to limit the amount of items it shows.
I was hoping I could just add a parameter to the url to limit it to x number of items - after a lot of searching this doesn't seem possible. So I'm looking for a simple solution for limiting the results in RSS feeds.
I realise this can be done with php, asp etc when displaying the feed but I'm using autoblog in wordpress, so ideally want something that spits out another RSS feed.
I've been playing with Yahoo Pipes - which I'm sure can do it, but seems like a bit of overkill really.
Anyone know of a simple script or service that will let me put one feed in, change some parameters and spit out another feed?
(I'm off to search the script sites, just thought someone here might know of something they could recommend.)
EDIT: Found a lot of web services that can do this, looking for a script I can run on my server... sure I'll prob find one, but still open to recommendations!
