I just started to promote my shops in Google. Before i used only russians searching system, likeYandex. So i known that the G has a different rules. Can PR really help me to get best rank in the search or it is just for trust and other things ( i mean SAPE or smth).

Sure, high PR is primarily for trust, but the trust is a source of the ranking.

But do you promote Russian sites in Google or English ones? It would be interesting to run some experiment of promotion Russian sites with my Link Boner.

Sure, I think I always can include foreign words in a build like this 4eg: "bla bla and this credit plan called in danish bla-bla-whatever". Just tell me what they mean that we could write appropriate content.
