where do you see "Link Exchange"?

Without traffic there is no money. It's just that simple. Discussions about SEO, SEM, Newsletters, Blackhat, Link Building, General Promotions, and all other things that surround traffic are found in here.
This is what I see in the Traffic is Supreme. I don't see where the link exchange catagory is at. Do you think the answer is "where do you see "Link Exchange"?
