As promised, a review:
The first of the five package c's I purchased has been completed for a couple weeks now and the website has been steadily increasing in rank. By no means do I feel the website has stopped moving in the SERPs for my main keyword (absolutely not), but it has moved enough to where I am comfortable to report the results.
The keyword I am targeting is in a relatively competitive niche. Roughly 50k exact match searches a month and 250k broad matches per month for the root keyword. This is not a new site, it has been indexed and ranking (poorly) in google since April/May 2010.
This website was ranking #60 in google for my root keyword. As of this moment, the website is ranking page 1 result #6 for not only my main keyword, but also a variation of the keyword with a space. That's from #60 to #6 in 40 days!
I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is serious about ranking. If you want to surf the SERPs and out rank your competitors, get yourself a package C and you will hit the competition hard. Believe me, they wont see it coming..

It has been a month since I ordered from Sean. I am targetting three mid competitive keywords. 2 of the keywords are on the first and second pages and the third keyword is on the 6th. Sean went out of the way to make the site look better before promoting it. He is a hard working guy who is passionate about his work and is easy to get in touch with. He has always been quick to respond to any queries I had.

wanted to post an update: I am towards the end of the second month with sean and 2 of the three keywords we targeted are on the first page(top 5). The keywords are not in the domain. The third keyword is on the 4th page. The search volume for these keywords in total is 50k plus. Great service.
I am on process of upgrading this service so kindly wait for some days if you planning to buy this service
