Do you own the sites ? What is the PR ?
How many articles will you be using ? Do you accept adult, gambling etc... ? Do you accept non-english keywords ?

Nobody will pay you 67$, without seeing some reviews form reputed members, or to make payment upon completion.

This thread is not about PR network blogs. I haven't mentioned that. I will probably use some PR blogs, but depends on your project. I will check every site that I must work on it to see what kind of links they have and what they need.

I will use as many articles as I need not to leave footprints. Yes, I accept any kind of site. I can try to work on non-english keywords too. This will go for a little extra price.

You are right about the reviews. I am willing to give 2 reviews for 40$. Only for people who match the criteria to have a review.
 
I'm still confused as to what the service's goal is. Or what do we submit? Basically, if I give you money, what do I expect in return? X amount of links? Certain rankings? etc etc

You will get from me thousands of links in a period of time wich can be from 2 weeks to 4 months until we get you some remarcable results. It's one time price. You will get reports every one week or two with your links. After that if you liked our service you can submit other site.
 
What are the link sources? Profiles, Comments, Blogs, Article directories, Forums, etc.

You really need to me much more specific with the links you'll be building. You have zero rep here as far as I can tell so noone is going to trust a mystery service like this.

The link sources will depend for each site. I will analyze each site I need to work on to see what kind of links does it have and what they need more. For example, if your site has many web 2.0s, I will try to add only blog coments and authority backlinks (.edu). Did you got the idea?

It's a not a stable service to say something like, I will send 1000 backlinks to your site. It depends from site to site.
