For money sites, I use linode.com. Rock solid, and cheaper than slicehost, rackspace, etc.
For feeder sites, burst.net. They have 512MB VPS's for $6/month now. Yes, they have crappy support and a network that drops now and again. BUt for secondary sites, you can't beat $6/month. That's cheaper than most shared hosting accounts.
