yeah- I'll let the likes of experian worry about this long before I worry about it on my landing pages that aren't geared towards credit reports at all but offer it as an upsell to other financial products.

as long as your page isn't part of the order process or uses free credit report marketing materials, you don't need to have it anyway.

Have you ever used annualcreditreport.com? Its like jerking off with a cheesegrader. All three of the credit agencies try to hit you with THEIR OWN rebills during each phase of the "free" annual credit report. TransUnion makes it as difficult as possible so you pay instead. Including requiring a login and making it impossibly difficult to register with them. And you don't get your credit score with annual credit report... gotta pay extra.

the one i see is HUGE just like in the first post screenshot - in firefox anyway. chrome & ie are small.
Really? I see the opposite. Chrome is huge and firefox is a small one-liner at the top.

they are constantly split testing, it's impossible to get the same version of the site twice sometimes.. screenshots are the only way, even the link with the subid parameters etc. doesn't persist the test version
