i know nothing of paypal but aren't they a bank? don't you get licenses for that shit? don't you need to have pretty hefty funding as an insurance for the money you carry ofr others? don't they need to comply with the authorities and the irs etc? dont they need to track money in their system? dont they need a legal team? why do they need a legal team? why dont you need a legal team? is your script secure? is your server secure? if someone hack your server will you pay everyone for the lost funds? will you insure the funds? who will pay for the bank level insurance in that case? does anyone from your highschool run a paypal clone? maybe you can get advice from a teacher or something? who will negotiate fees for transfers with banks? what bank networks will you support? what countries will you support? how will you lead a team being defensive, deriding and confrontational? what is the rough structure of profitsharing you have in mind for the different roles (regardless of how it pans out in the end)? why in fucks name would the person writing the about us and contact pages get any profit %, wouldnt it be just smarter to buy that service?

Dude, I don't think you read the original poster's comment. He said has a script, that script is going to take care of EVERYTHING, they won't need to worry about licensing, fraud prevention, currency exchanges, PCI compliance or any of the other hundreds of details that go into running a modified financial institution. The script is the answer, trust in the script. And don't hire any former Chrysler employees, apparently that is the key to success too.
