use gimp yourself, and buy some designs from wf.. use search on wf bro. I have a feeling, your crappy designs are going to convert more than what a photoshop warrior can send to you.

This is for a project with someone else, I don't have a serious say in what they look like at the end of the day. I'm just hoping someone can throw me some pretty poll-style themes that impress. I'll test the conversion and tweak them until they convert after.

Edit: Mongoose, hit me up a PM with a quote. Cheaper = better, we're on a tight budget atm.
