Looking for Cloud Hosting (RELIABLE)

I am looking for a reliable cloud hosting provider that had decent pricing.

I need:
1 x web server
1 x DB server
1 x app server

Please let me know if you have any suggestions and experience with various providers.

This is through LiquidWeb. And I don't think you can beat LiquidWeb for support and reliability. (I haven't used the Storm on Demand service yet, but I'm making an educated guess that it's good.)
