I'm looking to run the Zoosk offer through them. Pretty main stream but it's a good payout so I can probably make it worth the network's while to give it some volume.

look at bigger ad networks. they may have some RON traffic in those countries. Advertising.com might have some stuff. I have a contact there if you need one.

There are basically two good affiliate networks in South Africa. Both are located in Cape Town and are part of networks with offers in other countries.

TrafficSynergy.com
OfferForge is the bigger of the two, although they seem to shy away from CPA offers and do most of their pricing on CPC. TrafficSynergy has more offers priced on a CPA model.

offerforge biggest fucking SA network???
First of all offerforge automatically added me to their network and started spamming my email. later i found they had an offer directly related to my popular niche site, so i ran with them. after about 1000 leads they started scrubbing me and later, they just kept my money. offerforge never paid me ever but kept on claiming that they sent a check which i never received. Made calls to them, sent them emails and what not.
The worst CPA network u can work with. just stay away for offerforge
