Looking for IP Based Cloaking

Can someone point me in the right direction of finding code to include in my site that will cloak based on IP or better yet a whole city? I don't need anything complex - just 2 options... most cities see Site 1 and a handful of cities see Site 2. Is this possible?

If someone would like to set something like this up for me, please PM me. I'm willing to pay to have it done.
