Copeac has plenty of PPA offers that may fit your bill. (See sig for link) So, does Azoogle (See nanchoninja's sig for link)

last I checked (3 days ago) Copeac had 3 offers, the rest had only 1 or 2

Do you guys pre-sell/use a landing page for this one, or do you just redirect them to the "merchants" page? I'm doing the later, and having little success so far. Anyone getting good conversions with just the merchants page?

I tried the offer and the conversions sucks. So don't worry you're not missing out on anything.
You can check out inphonic.com they sell phones, personally i think cell phone sales over the internet suck and youre better off with free type offers like the ones mentioned here but do what you feel is right.
The offer probably sucks because its not for a phone its for an apple store gift card.
We have this offer TechyCoolTunes.com for an actual phone
conversions are 20-30% for those who are running it.
Man, I'd love to see some stats on how many people actually complete all the requirements of those offers vs sign-ups.
Are people successfully doing those offers via ppc traffic, or is it mostly mailing lists and existing web traffic? I've tried a few with ppc and couldn't make it work...
Why would you care how much they complete? you only get paid for the email portion the rest of the risk is on the owner of the site. I will say that my guess is less than 1% actually get the free item. Its a breakage model which survives on people not going all the way through.
