Looking for SEO feedback, tips etc.

domains: paintball-headbands.com (currently pointed nowhere & paintballheadbands.com 301rd)

I've been reading several blogs regarding SEO and online marketing in order to brush up on my skills and move my way to the top. Done quite well with yahoo but google likes to move me between #3 and #10 depending on the week.

Should I utilize the paintball-headbands as a LP, or redirect the rest of my domains to p-h to use the word spacing? Is there any better solutions than a 301 redirect from paintballheadbands to pbheadbands.com etc.

I would like to hear your thoughts an opinions on the above mentioned as well as anything else that pops into your head. What am I missing and where should I go next?

My goals are two-fold, 1) increase traffic and 2) increase sales. Hopefully in doing the first the second should follow..?

In addition: after responses should I delete the above mentioned urls to keep them from google? Is there any sort of penalization to my page rank (or lack thereof) through google and non-related page links?

I would actually use paintball-headbands as main domain, as it has the keyword in it.
BUT you are already ranking for the term... why not use paintball-headbands as a marketing blog (reviews, what are those things, new products, etc..) and fill it with one or two articles a day (all pointing to your main site).
