Looking for some advice

Hey everyone,

I have a friend that has fairly recently started their own business selling properties in bulgaria. He has a website up n running and is now looking into online marketing. He can't really afford to go down the ppc or seo route yet but is looking for something to boost the number of leads to his site that is cost effective and efficient. I have suggested AM but don't have an extensive knowledge about it.

Is this the best way to go?
Do you have any other suggestions?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Tell your pal to start doing some research if his business is actually important to him. Since when is SEO expensive? Sounds like a prime example of a DIY situation.
