I just finished the site for my mobile website design company and would like your input! I've already learned that the homepage might not be good for converting users to other pages...your thoughts?

I was wondering about a call to action...I'll likely implement that.

The design is dated...hmm. Do you have examples of improvements I can make? Kinda hard to know what angle you're coming from.

CTA feedback

ask yourself what is the primary and secondary actions that a user should take. Those should both be above the fold somewhere in a bolded fashion.
