Looking to buy a T-Shirt design/wordpress design

Here is the deal:

My 9 year old daughter created a T-Shirt design and is going to print a bunch of T-shirts, which she wants to sell to friends, family and classmates. Profits made, are to sponsor reading programs (in other words books) for the homeless, women's shelters and poorer schools around here. The design is very crude but I want to help her make this dream come true.

I'm using this dream of hers, to teach her about the entire business process and she is incorporating it into her school work. She has gotten permission from her principal to visit poorer schools in the district during school time, if that tells ya anything.

I'm looking for a designer to a) Turn her crude drawing into a kick ass T-Shirt design that people will love and if willing b) create a wordpress template for her webpage.

Please let me know what kind of pricing you expect and I'll see how much her piggy bank has in it (in reality I'll have to pay for it).

If you do a 'great' job, I'll consider you for a bunch of sites I'm working on.

It's her dream and anyone taking good care of my kid, I'll take care off. Nuff said.

I run a similar t-shirt operation which largely revolves around making donations to non-profits. Though we aren't non-profit ourselves, this is the exact kind of thing we'd like to get involved with. Hit me up with more details and maybe we can help each other out somehow.

I can't help with the WP design, I'd actually love to hear who you wind up working with. Though I may be of assistance in the creation of the t-shirts themselves, as we print all our own stuff on organic bamboo/cotton blends, using our handcrafted silkscreens. We also have access to some affordable and very talented print artists.

Disaster struck at our house.

My wife was remodeling my daughters bedroom with a friend of hers and her design drawings ended up in the trash. Let's just say this caused a TON of tears.

I had her start to redraw what she had, which she did but she got very frustrated in the process, crumpled the paper and tossed it. Rescued that from the trash and I got a picture of it.

You guys ever dealt with a devastated 9 year old? Talk about tearing your heart out... jeez...

Anyway... if anyone is still interested let me know pricing for the t-shirt design and I'll email you the picture of the rough outline drawing <sigh>.
