Has anyone figured out good offers for boost, nextel and virgin, i am doing arbi and maintain about 10% conversion rate, but these 3 seem to be the hardest to work with. I was thinking of an offer that allows for teh creaton of ringtones for these providers handsets, anyone have any ideas?

i am working on pulling in a ringtone offer that does not require a pin verification for those providers, the payout will be low but should yeild a better ROI than whats currently out there. I will try to update this thread once that offer is live in our network and tested by our in-house publishing group.

I would be definately be into that. Im struggling with my ringtone campaign these days

I don't need the grief of dealing with copyright violation so I'm not giving away songs.

I don't plan on giving away exactly what I do.

But think about this, the new phone I bought allows me to put any mp3 on it as a ringtone direct from my PC. What will happen to the ringtone market when 90% of phones have this capacity ?

(sorry if I've gone off topic)
 
Almost everyone's phone can play mp3's. The vast majority of people are just too stupid to

a) realize that
and
b) be able to transfer a simple file to their phone

Isnt the Ipod success partly based on this same theory? (half joking here, ie iTunes).
 
Yeah it is not quite that simple either. In a lot of cases being able to do that requires additional hardware/and or software as well. And as mentioned most people are not comfortable with that process at all.
 
people in general are way too fucking lazy to search online for freesoftware to install and make free ringtones into their computers. :) thats a good thing and a bad thing too.like someone mentioned earlier itunes and limewire. :)
