I just picked up a couple more data centers for my mailer friendly clients (keeping theme away from my adult, seo, and mainstream guys). I only accept mailers under the following terms.

Qualifying Mailers:
* White and Gray mailers. Typically clean lists, opt in.
* Deal with all complaints timely, and remove them from their list.
* Track all email correctly via software and links (smart mailers know what I refer to)
* Must sign a minimum of 6 month contract, auto renews.

Spammer and jammers will never sign a contract. They are looking to burn through providers, and IP's as fast as possible. Those clients I have no interest in long term relationships. If you are up a single week, and I get 50 complaints, you get to enjoy the Colombian necktie.

A smart mailer would be like this client.
In 6 months, and 30 servers, he has had had 54 complaints. Out of those complaints, there were only 11 unique complainers (via tracking). They just submitted complaints multiple times.

So if you are a SMART mailer, then feel free to contact me. I currently have three differnet data center providers for mailer clients depending on need. Again, this is for SMART MAILERS only meeting above terms.

SERVER PRICING:
Core2Duo E6400, E6420, E6300, E6320 - $150.00
4GB RAM
1 TB Seagate hard drive
10MBit
32 IP

Core2Quad Q8200 - $225.00
4GB RAM
1 TB Seagate hard drive
10 MBit
32 IP

I will not be putting you in the same data center as my seo or other clients (i.e. 100+ different C-Class). I do have a /19 I am using in the DC I am offering my smart mailer clients.

As always, feel free to contact me with your questions.

One point of clarification (edit time ran out):

I put my different clients in different data centers. So you have no worries about mainstream or seo sharing same IP range with adult for example, or mainstream online with mailers. I have went one step further to make sure that is not even a concern putting them in completely different data centers, and states. So that is really a non-issue for those who are serious about doing business.

The pricing above it MAILER PRICING. Not necessarily (i.e. promo) same for my clean mainstream/SEO/adult guys.

Again, any questions, feel free to contact me.

Some Q&A:

While this may be true for some mailers, it is not for us... You do not need to use different shell companies, and take say.. 30 boxes and split them evenly over different DC's. You could, but it's not really necessary. You do have peace of mind that we do have back up DC's in place should something happen at DC #1. But we have everyone in the loop on our mailer clients. So there really is no need.

No Xrummer. This appears to be a tool used by a lot of first time mailers. It is basically a blast-a-way spammer type of program that people rarely throttle or use with reckless disregard. This would get clean IP's banned quickly.

All of our IP's are clean. We do offer multiple C-Classes ($5.00 per), but you are not going to use all of our ranges. For example, 100 different for mailers. While we keep our adult, seo, mainstream and mailers all in separate DC's, different name servers, and different IP ranges, we still do not want to piss off our partners.

Why would smart mailers want to switch to us? We have good relationships with our back end. They know what is going on, and who our smart mailer clients are. They are committed to trying help keep them in the white/Grey and not be blacklisted. Obviously, this is where being a SMART MAILER comes into play. Greedy spam and jammers have no regard for this relationship.

Mailer servers are going to typically be a shade higher in cost than my normal clients (seo, mainstream affiliate marketers, adult). There is increased risk, or annoyance and typically the back end will ask for it to cover the possible aggravations. This price difference is minimal.

Contract lengths are typically going to be 6 months to a year. Feel free to contact me with questions on this point. This step helps me to eliminate those who are not looking for long term hosting partner. Some simply want to burn through IP's and hosting companies with reckless disregard. That costs us both money and resources, and frankly is not worth the hassle. We go to bat for our clients, and expect the same level of commitment in return.

We can install Windows OS if you need it. However, we have to pass along the additional licensing cost to you. There is no way to get around that. If you need a Windows box, simply make sure you mention it during sign up.

Deployment time on boxes will typically be TWO business days (from the time the order is submitted on our end).

Tech support is 24/7/365. We only provide FULLY MANAGED pricing and service. So if you need something, just submit a ticket. If you can, or do everything yourself, that's fine. You have ROOT access. However, there is no difference in cost. We are already very competitive in our pricing and offers.

The boxes mentioned in the O.P. are typically what most of our mailer guys want depending on their contracts or clients. While we offer both higher and lower end boxes, typically they are not going to be the right fit from experience. However, that's your call. Lower end boxes tend to lead to a lot of support tickets. So it's simply not worth the hassle.

Any other questions about this offer, or others, feel free to contact me.

Ok so 225 x 6 = $1,350 prepaid. + $5 per c class or IP? I don't follow the pricing model on the Ips.

Ok so 225 x 6 = $1,350 prepaid. + $5 per c class or IP? I don't follow the pricing model on the Ips.

Greetings

Let me break it down based on the information you have provided.

$225.00 per Core2Quad
x 6 Dedicated Servers
----------------------
$1350.00

Now in regards to IP's, different clients do it different ways. Some want their IP's spread over say... 4 different C-Classes (for example, 5 IP per C), others prefer to do 16 IPs (13 useable) or a 32 IPs (29 useable).

IPs
8 IPs (5 useable) - $5 (per C)

So if you did 4 different C's, 5 IP per C, that would be an additional $20.00 you would pay per month. Hopefully that explains it a little better.

Each mailer does it a little differently.

I currently have agreements with data centers in Los Angles, Dallas, and Miami that are ok for smart mailers (they are in the loop). I am working to finalize two more data centers, and companies. Some have more C-Class available than others. If something should happen at one DC, I should always have a back up option for you. Again, assuming you are a smart mailer and not spamming and jamming.

These mailer clients are in completely different data centers than my other clients (adult, seo, mainstream). I even have my contracts with these other providers under a stand alone, different LLC, then my 'white', non-mailing, clients for complete separation. I am partnering with a few companies to handle the mailer clients. That way we can keep those clients in business with minimal grief. However, this is for long term thinking, and contract signing, folk.

If that's you, feel free to hit me up.

One of the questions or remarks that comes up a lot with mailer clients is that they do not want to put all their eggs in one basket. I can understand that, especially some of these who have 5/10/30 boxes. It would be a hassle to deal with moving them.

One advantage I have for my clients is that I network with other data centers. So if you were completely killed at one, then I can easily enough get you rolling at another. The prices might all be the same, but you will be in the same ball park and everyone is in the loop. So you are not tip toeing around worrying about being nuked.

It's never happened where someone has been nuked, but should it happen we have plan A, B, C in place. Typically the data center also has a plan to keep the clients there and happy. This comes from filtering via contracts, and only working with smart mailers who know what they are doing.

Our mailers do not need to have their 30 servers split over 5 shell companies and all that noise. That is one of the advantages to having everyone in the loop. Because of the volume of dedicated boxes I push in a month, I also get a lot of good deals on servers (both buy/lease), and bandwidth. Which is why I get to offer a lot of nice price points for all client types. If you still want to split them up, different company names and DC have at it. But we can always keep you rolling along if need be.

Smart mailers looking for long term relationships are in good hands.
