So I violated my AUP the other day and Im about to go on to VPS. What offers can I be looking for? Some established companies that are affordable as well?

most of the services you gave are expensive only futurehost seem to me in the bound of reasonable... all the other takes more money then what they give...

I used to own a hosting company, so I have a lot of knowledge in this area. For managed VPS hosting, I recommend ServInt (no affiliation except satisfied customer). A Small Orange is good too--we also have an account with SEOWebHosting.net, which is one of their brands.
