Managing Monthly SEO budget

I keep on going back and forth on how I should divide our budget. I was wondering for the small businesses out there, how much do you set a side for monthly SEO budget? Do you divide that budget between SEO and PPC?
 


Maybe you should have used that time to write a much better and detailed question. Do you honestly think knowing what someone else *might* spend their marketing budget on will do a damn thing for you?
 
Keep going back and forth. That's called testing. Start easing more money towards what's working. Sorry if that seems like a stupidly simple answer, but it works.
