Received my report today. Here is my review:
Quality of work: The web 2.0 properties were supplied with a length article, that was on topic and covered the niche well. Spinning at the word level was good, and readable in most cases. A video was put on the web properties. Would have liked to see more photos. Spinning at sentence level would have been a big bonus, but not to be expected at this already good price. Over delivered by 2 properties, but would generally like to see more overdelivery (say +5) especially for spun articles just incase of deletion.
11/32 articles already indexed. Same articles as Web 2.0, but its good quality and readable even after moderate spinning. Like I said before, sentence level spinning would make this an even great package. Profile links all mostly seem to be in place. The forum posting however, a quick random check showed a lot had been moderated and links/post removed. So that may be the Achilles heal of this package, at least they are trying to post in active forums.
Time: Completed in about a week, with an update just before completion advising me of the status. So was kept inform.
Report: Nice excel spreadsheet. Easy to read and seperated into sheets for each part of the Link Wheel. Nothing flash but all the information you required is there.
SERPs: Have moved to Page 1, #1 position for my keyword (its a gadget yet to be released so not much competition). Have not done any other SEO to this site AT ALL. Keyword is in the domain name also, but this movement certainly proves it has done its job and boosted me way up the rankings (for a totally new site).
Scrapebox shows 12 out of 32 properties indexed. So a good start to the indexing.
This is a very good Link Wheel package with proven results. At $99, snap it up big time! Even at $149, its a good service to help push you up the SERPS.

I received my report from the OP.
ISSUES:
I had asked the OP not to point the profile links to my money site. The profiles were pointing to my money site. OP says this will be fixed within a WEEK.

LINKWHEEL:
I received 32 properties. The linkwheel structure was perfect. What I have a problem with is one article that was used for the properties was one that I had written some time ago that the OP found online and was horribly spun. This article had a few inner headings that were duplicated exactly from property to property. :angryfire: The only thing that was obviously random in each property was the anchor text placement. Honestly, these properties contained some of the worst spun content I have ever seen. A deaf- blind -retarded donkey could tell. Yeah....that bad.
The other 2 articles...just like the first... Copyscape= FAIL.
Each URL for the 32 properties contained my keyword.

Well, the same horribly spun articles were submitted to 32 article directories. There is no way in hell that they will all be accepted. A few of the articles had only half of the two keyword phrase prescribed in my project.
Example: keyword: blue widgets ---> only the word "blue" was used as an anchor.

So... I cant hold the OP accountable for the horribly spun content 100% because his original post says, "All the articles are 500 word spun content." But I can suggest that he do a much better job.
As far as indexing - I haven't even looked. Quite frankly, I hope they aren't indexed, and if they are, the duplicate content filter will discount them anyway.
SERP movement: NONE.
CONCLUSIONS:
Would I buy this again? ONLY if the spinning was better. WAY better. Providers here are searching for new ways to form their own mininet / linkwheel, and this looked good to me at first, but the fact that most of these properties/article submissions are painfully related just doesn't get me excited at all.

Anglea and Pauls - 24 of 32 were found using S.B , anchor text was in tact.
Forums - 16 of 32 were found using S.B
These were done in a spammy fashion, using just a quote and 2 links under the quote and nothing else.
32 Blog Posts - Cannot review this O.P does not give his blog list for review, if they are there I dont have
an issue with this, he might have giving it at least to a reviewer to verify.
Articles - 22 of 32 were found using S.B , 11 of 32 are currently indexed.
There were a few good directory's in this batch, ezine, go ect.
Incomplete Items: I always have issues with incomplete work, if the bookmarking was done to all sites the indexing rate might have been better.

Overall: I think there is room for improvement on several levels. If you going to do all this work, you should use a quality spun article. The forums posts need to not look spammy need some actual relevant verbiage in the post, and more post should be there as opposed to only half of what is in the report.
Not having the bookmarks completed I am sure affected the indexing of the link wheel, if/when I get a report for the incomplete stuff I will report back.
I think this could be a good service if o.p takes some suggestions for improvement.
In the current state I give it a 5/10 rating. With a more quality article with more titles, and changes utilizing my above statements this rating would go up much more.

@zingo, please check your SERps on both the keywords. Both of them are on the first page. They were on the 5th page before we started. I should that should factor into your review too
Yes I know this, maybe yours has helped I dont know? I have some very powerful niche specific authority links and I have pointing to my site, all my site in this niche go to the top with this links
I have had several other mini nets created for it as well prior to your service. My reviews are meant to be a tool for you the provider to take and make improvements. I am not slamming your service just making suggestions that would help your business. I believe if you took Noah's and my advise and made some of the minor improvements your service would get top reviews.
