Review:

Speed: One week, which is solid for a big project.
Quality: Readability is not great, but acceptable for SEO purposes because it's well spun.
Quantity: Over-delivered on all the products he made.
SERP: Moved up two spots so far from 8 to 6.
Recommended? Yes. I already got another project from him.

Communication: good. I sent Zigaz the info he required and let him run. I had a couple of questions after I received the report and again he replied promptly and answered my questions.

Quality: The quality of the content on web 2.0 properties although not exceptional is satisfactory (one unique with the shit spun out of it) but over delivered with 14 instead over 10 stated. In fact Zigaz over delivered on all links so pleased with that. Of those Ive checked, all still live and look good.

Price: 50% discount on Panda 1 but considering the work that as gone in to my order, I would be prepared to get more orders at the full price.

Overall Review: Pretty good and like I said I would order again. I tried this service on (what i would consider) a medium competitive keyword and I havent done much link building on that k/w. When I ordered the package I was at 48. Today 28. So up two pages and mostly down to Zigs service.

I will report back after the dust settles to give more info on SERP movement.

Got my report yesterday for Panda 1. This service is awesome, the quality was great and he really over-delivered. Just noticed that he (zigag) has been banned!? Why? It's a shame because he was providing quality links.
