Master list of the best sites for affiliate deals

I believe that a master list of affiliate sites could benefit two kinds of users (and would probably be sticky worthy).

1. Users that want to find programs.
2. Users that want their programs to be found.

I was seeking a master list, but several searches didn't provide any hits. If there is a thread, it may not have been well optimized for 'findability'.

I am a person that wants his affiliate offers to be found, so I'm looking for recommendation worthy places to list at.
