So I remember seeing before that the maximum amount of adsense blocks you can run on any given page is 3.

Is this still the case? I've been looking around and can't find it.

If it is, and one of my competitors is running 4 blocks...
(a) Is it worth it to throw them under the bus?
(b) How do I go about doing it?

Thanks

I could care less if he has them... I'm pretty sure I'm making more money than them per month anyways, even with them out ranking me.

It would just be nice to set the little bitch straight on 3 means 3
And a possible ban-hammer from adsense? Earnings withheld...

You get it ;)

If they push a lot of traffic they could have a special deal with Google. For instance engadget.com used to display up to 5 AdSense units at a time.

It might have changed but AdSense won't display more than 3 ad units on a page no matter how many code units you place on it.

Bingo, only the first 3 ad blocks will show, regardless of how many ads you try to implement. Unless hes in the "UPS club" and pushes $10k monthly -- then he may have some additional fringe benefits such as 4 ads per page.
