As i know backlink from high obl page is considered as a spam backlink to search engines.If i buy backlinks from you will it work for serp? Because you will place my site high obl page. Please give me suggestion.

Nope, I don't provide any such service but common guys, just ping them using pingoat, or create a free Linklicious account and paste the links; or order like 2-3 blasts and I'll do the first blast to your site and the others as tier 2 links for the first blast - the price I offer this service is the cheapest and in the market!
