I don't see any problem with what Angat is offering (besides the shameless self promotion). It's no different from what good affiliate networks do.

I came in to post this. He's basically taking the role of an affiliate manager, teaching the newbs the what and the how and profiting at the same time.
Talked to him, have a site in the works in the vertical. My only reservation lies with the company that's buying leads, they're obviously just middlemen who partake in plenty of scrubbing (judging by the abundance of posts on their forum from users complaining about not being paid for leads, and just chalking it up to an 'oh well, it's part of the business' mindset). The fact that the site looks like a 12 year old made it is also a turn-off. Regardless it's definitely a legitimate way to make some coin, but it looks like you're at the mercy of whomever runs this mystery lead buying company that has no contact information or website of their own.

They do have a separate website but its more geared to the merchants. I do agree the forum and affiliate geared site looks old and I have spoken to the owners about it. They seem to have 'if it isnt broken dont fix it' mentality which is fair enough I guess. I would like to have a super flashy forum but all in all i dont care that much.
As to leads, if you do get a lead that you have double checked (called the applicant) and know it definately valid, dispute it with them. I have had a couple in the past, and got it sorted by emailing the rejection admin. It generally happens when they trial bad merchant and in this case the new merchant wouldnt last long.
I have worked with other CPL networks. There are good points and bad points with all of them. But all I really care about is do I get paid on time? Is there enough quota? Are the CPAs good enough to make worthwhile profit?

Thought I would share my experience having generated leads for Affiliate Marketing school (AMS) in the past. I ran secured loans and UCA leads when that was topical and its always been fine.
You always get paid and i dont think alot of scrubbing goes on although i expect the leads are monetized further beyond the initial cpa the publisher gets. Unreliable merchants are kicked off pretty quick.
Not running anything with them at the mo but would again definitely when they got an offer i am interested in. I have had a couple of "Headmasters" over time that were of limited benefit to me personally I felt but useful as a point of contact. I'm sure Angat will provide a useful opportunity to get into and learn the UK lead gen space effectively.
If you can get past the fact that there is the only the AMS forum and no "real company" front or staff as such or affiliate UI to log into other than a basic lead tracker and your commissions come in from Switzerland its all fine.
AMS is run by Michael Anthony who has posted here in the past. Hes been in this game a long time and its no secret how successful he is, I believe hes a good guy,consistent and reliable and i have never learned anything negative about him or AMS for that fact. Some big money has been made by affiliates though his set up, thats a fact.
