MFA Sites

$333.33/day is my goal!
I have a question regarding MFA sites. Theoretically, let's say that I own a few thousand MFA (Made For Adsense) websites. They are just very basic wordpress templates showing nothing but RSS feeds, and these RSS feeds are pulling content from other websites onto my MFA sites.

Linkbacks and citations are are given to the original authors. But they are still very clearly MFA sites...

As a MFA owner, am I just sorta hoping for the best that my websites will stay up longterm? :P (Meaning Google doesn't pull the plug on them)

Interesting topic, because it seems like easy money to me! Anyways, I am hoping that I have opened up a can of worms here and if so I am looking forward to feeding off the discussion. :)

If you are going to put adsense on them I suggest that you use unique content.

You will get busted, and sooner rather than later.

It's getting easier and easier for google to find these type of sites.

Google are pretty hot on rss now, they recently bought feedburner.com and of course adsense now has a version specifically for adsense.

Unique content is the key.

You should invest some time learning to use mashups at the least to ensure that each feed is unique.

Check out dapper.net (create rss feeds, even from non-rss websites) and yahoo pipes for mashing rss feeds.

Check out my video on my website I posted today showing how to use both.

But even with unique feeds, I think you might need some more content to feel totally relaxed.

Best of luck with it.

Cheers

wrangle the content before you post it and you wil lbe ok

Ultimately Google is going to find this type of stuff, particulary if wrangling it turns it into bad english.

I found this interesting article about Googles new algorithm to detech spam phrases.

e.g. "phrase rank" not "page rank".

» Google’s New Algorithm to Rank Pages and Detect Spam: “PhraseRank”?

And this article is from January 2007!

Ultimately MFA sites are not a long term business model in my opinion, or at least the approach of throwing up 1000's of sites and make a $1 a day from each.

At some point Google will catch up with these site and remove them from the SERP's.

Why not focus on putting up great content instead?

Cheers

Like takeoverpageone said it's not a long term business model but it puts some walkin around money in your pocket.
