I see why this guy is so respected in the industry. Don't know how many people read his blog or use his parking service but I really recommend it.
I scarcely know, but I mustered up some gumption and sent him off a really simple executive summary of some ideas I had and he generously responded even though he was off to be a speaker at TRAFFIC.
