microSD data recovery

I need to recover a video that was shot on a galaxy i9003 (android 2.1) on February 20 and saved to microsd.

Is there any software that can accomplish this on a windows machine? So far I've tried sandisk rescuepro, testdisk, Recuva & badcopy pro- none of them could find it. They found a lot of other shit but not what I'm looking for.

I've had good luck with the Sandisk software. I haven't used the windoze utils much, but you might try...
