i dont know whether they are jacking off or something along that line, but try getting on live chat. Just try.. half the time you will get someone who doesnt know what the fuck they are doing, the remaning 1/4 of the time they forward you to some imaginary customer service rep.. and the other 1/4 you hopefully get your shit fixed, after begging lol

That's the exact reason when I ran my hosting company I wouldn't outsource support. I did it all myself.
