I received my report today. I ordered Package #1 (i.e. the $60 package). I placed the order on May 8th and I received the report today, on May 13th.
Obviously, it's too soon to tell if the package will improve my site's rankings. The report is a Google Spreadsheet that can be accessed by anyone with the link provided. The report is well-organized.
The report contains a total of 36 Web 2.0 properties, 36 article directories and 36 blog posts. The email states that they will be processing backlinks for a period of one week.
This is a relatively cheap service. Honestly, I wasn't expecting the highest quality given that it comes across as more "quantity" oriented. It was an experiment. At the very least, I expected to gain some backlinks. Be that as it may, the writing is incoherent and poorly spun.

Having read a bunch of reviews I'm still a little sceptical - poorly writen articles, not spun well enough etc... But I'm also impressed by some articles so will give the $30 package a go and see how the results pan out... if good enough I'll be ordering the $60 package for sure!
