Mobile Phone Affiliates?

Help me fill in the blanks:

Verizon = Double Click
AT&T = LinkShare
T-Mobile = CJ
Sprint = ???????????????
Alltel = ??????????? (besides LetsTalk.com - they suck)

Any other tips/thoughts would be grateful!

Phonedog is just another middleman. I think using the middlemen drastically decreases conversion rates because most people don't know who/what they are and perceive them as some kind of scam.

That's why I'm trying to nail down affiliates programs that are offered DIRECTLY through the service provider. I've got 3 of the big ones (U.S. target). Just can't nail down Sprint/Nextel and Alltel. Perhaps they just don't have a an exclusive program.
