Monetizing Car Buyers Demographics

I'm testing a campaign targeted at people looking to buy a car. I'm capturing their emails, make/model, new/used and setting up an autoresponder with car loans/insurance offers. I was wondering what's the most affective way to monetize this on the front end? It would be cool to sell these leads directly to car dealers but I don't see anything like that on affiliate networks.
Anyone got any ideas?

If you're getting leads, perhaps look for offers that pay for leads

Are you targeted to a specific region? If so, I've made a killing selling leads like this to local car dealers. They pay a mint, but generally have to be able to do a minimum of 5-10 leads/day per dealer for them to even look at you.

To start out with, drop 20 leads in there inbox and walk away. When they've tested the leads, if any of them convert to a sale you've got them hooked.
