Because this forum is based in the US and you're not selling can-spam compliant data.
Gotta drop the ban on this one. Non compliant data and some mail app(probably trojaned darkmailer) ain't gonna cut it
 
Heh. I banned this guy yesterday then I lifted the ban because he was offering review copies that people were interested in and then he went and got himself banned the next day. Just goes to show I should have stayed with my gut reaction I guess.
 
i was going to post in this one but i guess i best not as i was half thinking about the app as i have my own list which i built up from my op-in list on one of my sites
