I really don't get how these people can hold a job.

Most of them are either stupid or don't care about getting their clients profitable. I don't know what kind of % they're making off of their clients but I'm amazed at how they A) don't keep in touch with you...and B) don't care about the quality of help they provide. It's like they just don't give a shit if I go run the offer somewhere else. Are they constantly given new clients to replace the ones they've let get away because of their own negligence or what?

I guess they decide to spend their time where they think they can make the most monies.
 
The good ones are pushy but deliver results. What most of them fail to understand that smooth talking and kissing ass, doesn't matter one bit to an affiliate. It's all about the bottom line and if they can't make me more money, don't try to sell me some their offer.
 
Talk less, send moar traffic. Do some sweet numbers for a few weeks and they'll ping you 3 times every fucking day and suck your coques whenever they get the chance. Show them that you have your shit together and go ham.

Not all of them will. Some act like they could care less. Which makes me question what % of gross AMs make per client. Anyone know?
 
There are definitely good and bad AMs at every network. Find out who the better ones are for whatever network you are working with and then ask to be switched.
