I have used them before. But today I setup a campaign. Everything is fine. It's green active etc. 40mins goes by no clicks in Prosper, nothing in the MSN stats...
So I call MSN and ask what the deal is?
The guy tells me it takes 24 - 72 hours for your ad to appear after creating the campaign. What kinda horse shit is that? Is this legit or is this guy a retard?

I have setup MSN campaigns before and never waited longer then a half hour.

Thanks

If it's your first new campaign in a long time in that account it'll take about a day to get rolling, in my experience. After that, they should be live within 10-20 min.

watch out for runaway ad spend on your paused/deleted MSN campaigns. happened to me twice now.

I know I just paused it, and its still going... its been over an hour and it's still fuckin showing up on MSN. What a fuckin pile of shit. MSN can suck my yam bag.

i've never had an issue with them....according to the adcenter reps the system updates every 2 hours unless there is a manual review (rare)

It is pathetic to see these companies with such vast amounts of cash and the inability to operate properly especially Yahoo and MSN.

The only thing that never malfunctions is them billing and charging the credit card.

The only reason Miva search exists is to give adCenter someone to point at and say, "Hey man, things could be worse."

MSN Adcenter is often slow with things if you ask me, though the rep probably gave you a timeframe as instructed. In reality, things should be set up before this timeframe. You have to be patient with Adcenter at times.

If you're bidding on a trademarked brand or keywords that they've "had trouble" with in the past, it can take a day or two for your campaign to start. Otherwise, your campaign should start fairly soon after creating it.

There's really no way to tell if you're in manual approval or have been automatically approved except by waiting.
