Results: too early to tell, it's only been 1-2 days. Most links are not indexed yet. I see some movement for 2 keywords I was targeting. In one case site went up from low 20s to #15. But unfortunately I can't say for sure if it is result of this service since I do some other stuff for this keyword.
I'm blasting the posts with second tier links and will check again when all posts are indexed. So I'd say ?/10 right now.
Once I see some results I can decide if would buy this service. I wouldn't call it cheap exactly since these are not home page links.
But at the end of the day all that matters is how effective the service is. I hope it is because it's not some spammed to death old network.
Overall recommended. But I will report for sure in a week or so when I see real results. I think it would be more valuable

The PR is pretty high for the whole network with only one PR0, the articles are readble and Andrey also adds pictures which is a nice touch and makes it look more natural.
The majority of my articles are indexed and now I am just waiting for the SERPs to react (although I am doing other campaings too)
