My personal internet slow

My personal internets is running slow today. I tired it load up myyahoo and it timed out and then I went to youtube and the videos wouldn't load. I only see a blank white screen where the video is suposto be.

Anyone have help on how to my my internet faster?
 


Repair your internet connection.
Re boot your router/modem.
Do a spyware or virus scan.
or maybe check your processes in the task manager.
 
if you have any roommates make sure their not fucking downloading torrents. that always destroys my bandwidth. get their mac address and ban it in the router settings if need be.
