Probably been posted that MyAds is now part of the Rubicon Project. No more dedicated account managers :'(

Dear Advertiser,

I wanted to reach out to let you know about some changes we have made over at MyAds. The Fox Audience Network (FAN), which was the network previously powering the MyAds product, was acquired by the Rubicon Project earlier this month. Through this acquisition, we unfortunately lost some valuable resources and your Account Manager – Mone’t Lamb – was one of those people. As I’m sure you can understand, with fewer people, we need to leverage our resources more efficiently than ever. Although you have had dedicated Account Management support in the past, our new spend criteria and resource constraints make it necessary to move you into non-managed Customer Support at this time. Rest assured, you will still get dedicated support from our first-class Customer Service team, it is just that with Mone’t no longer with us, I wanted to keep you abreast of the situation and make sure you have the Customer Service contact info should you have any questions.

The best email to use for all your MyAds related concerns is: support@myads.com, and we have exceptional Customer Service reps, who are experts on the product, responding to emails from 7am-8pm PST Mon-Fri and 9am-6pm PST on Sundays. As part of this acquisition, we will also be adding a toll-free support hotline in the near future to help better service you, as well.

While we were incredibly sad to lose Mone’t, we are thrilled about the acquisition by the Rubicon Project. As the world leader in Yield Optimization technology, the Rubicon Project fuels the industry’s largest display advertising marketplace and includes inventory from many more publishers. For you, this means MyAds is going to get BIGGER and BETTER and your campaigns will have even greater access to additional inventory!

Of course, all of these changes and integrations do not happen overnight, but we will be working diligently to move quickly. Please keep an eye out for new and exciting changes in the next couple of months, as we are really looking forward to helping you reap the benefits.

Sincerely,
Jaime Hansen
