Myspace Ads

I've tried it on I.E. and F.F. and neither work. On the bottom left hand corner of I.E., there is an ! icon. When I click that, it says this:

Could it be something to do with my security settings or something? I tried it on another PC and got the same error!

I'm getting that error too. It is caused by another error in the source code: a link to https://advertise.myspace.com/undefined./nls/dojo_en.js, which returns a 404 error.

Here's what worked for me after 24 hours --- I upped the minimum bid (by a cent lol) and prolonged the end date.

Now I've got a ton of impressions but my ads seemed to sort of stop running or something.

lol ok maybe they were stuck so long because they slipped off the radar. Will take up your suggestion. Thanks!

mine showed .27 then went up to .28 for some reason and the campaigns aren't even active

Myspace users are just so used to not paying attention to those "annoyances" i.e. flash, non-flash banners, etc. Even the kiddies know not to click those things.

After careful consideration I've come to the conclusion that myspace ads suck. There's plenty of places 25 cent clicks actually convert.

I've had best results with 728x90 and 300x250 so far.

I have a 0.15%CTR but I still have only 8000 impressions with very broad targeting. Does bidding a few cents higher help? Or do I just need to wait?

I got this email back from a MySpace rep when I askd why my ads weren't approved...

Straight from MySpace themselves...

"Ads are reviewed in the order in which they are received. We appreciate your patience during the review process. During the beta test of this advertising platform we will have MySpace SSAP agents approving ads Monday thru Friday, from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Pacific Standard/Daylight Time). "

So if you do an ad on Friday night it won't be running AT LEAST till some time on Monday, lol. If that.....................

Looks like they have bankers hours, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday thru Friday...
